This is a really lovely spacious bungalow with loads of outside space and very little internal work needed. There also is a separate 'apartment' in the grounds that just needs plumbing etc so could be used for rentals but will also make an ideal guest cottage. The village is not far from the towns of Alcaudete and Alcala la Real so handily placed for the motorway, Granada airport and the Sierra Nevada. It also close to a stunning lake so there is no need to go to the coast to swim etc..!
