Two unreformed cave houses which are next to each other and are close to the centre of the typically spanish town of Cuevas del Campo and only a short drive to the beaches at the stunning Lake Negratin. These caves have great potential and have some of the best views in the area. The caves have good size rooms and come with at least 3 good sized bedrooms each and still have the original fireplaces. Also there is a good size patio area from which you can enjoy full views of the Jabalcon mountain and the Sierra Nevada. The surrounding area to these properties does need tidying up but this is reflected in the very low asking price and as a long term investment these properties represent excellent value for money.
