Legal: Full papers (escritura) for the land are supplied and the legal papers for the build are pending, the architect has agreed the new plan as originally the plans submitted were for 4 houses to be built but only 2 have been and therefore new plans had to be submitted and applied for. In Dec 2006 the architect visited the property and he agreed, amended and signed off the original plan, the Owners lawyer has submitted all the new papers for a full escritura for the build along with the original building license, which was already issued.
