Wonderful charming small village hotel in a lovely town in the Granada West. The property is a really typicall andalusian house, built at 1745 and has been renovated saving the most of the original details, like the nice floors, the wooden beams, the ceilling, the strange doors, .....When you come into the hotel you like being 50 years before..... On the groundfloor we find a nice hall, on the right is set the fitted kitchen, after, is the living-room and the lounge withing the bar, both rooms are lovely, with excellent rustic decoration.. Also 2 toilletes and access to the really sunny terrace, where we will love with the fantastic views to the rocks, the country and the river, really really fantastic, .. see too believe. In the first storey is setting all the rooms, each one included its own nice bathrooms, tv, hot water, phone, central heating,,, each room is with diferent decoration and details. On the second level is the home of the owner, which comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-room with fitted american kitchen. This level also could be convert into a guest house, to extend the hotel with these 3 bedrooms and another 2 extra beds. The property is setting in the old historical center of this lovely village, in a popular turistic area. Granada city and the international airport is over 40 minutes, the beaches of Málaga about 30 minutes and Sierra Nevada Ski resorts over 1.10 hours. This is a good chance to take a really typicall spanish property. This is a good investment, this is good value for money.
